Material connection

Some outbound links on this site are referral links. If you create an account or trade through one, the venue may pay us a share of your trading fees — and in some cases the referral code reduces your own fees rather than costing you anything extra. This is a material connection under the FTC's endorsement rules (16 CFR Part 255) and equivalent EU consumer-protection law, and we disclose it in the footer of every page and directly next to every referral call-to-action.

Which venues can carry referral links

Only venues that offer perpetual futures to European retail traders through an EU-regulated (MiFID) investment entity. Offshore venues are covered editorially with no referral links at all — that is a published compliance rule (see our methodology), not a temporary state. As of the effective date above, no referral link is live yet: program applications are in progress, and links to venues are plain links until a program is confirmed. This page will list each live programme as it activates.

Editorial independence

Referral relationships never affect scores, rankings, or what we choose to cover. Ratings are produced by the process described in our methodology, and venues without referral programmes are compared on the same criteria as those with them.
