About Perpetuals Guide
Perpetuals Guide is an independent editorial site about trading perpetual futures on centralized exchanges — with a deliberate focus on the venues that offer perps to European retail traders under real MiFID licences, and honest, link-free coverage of the offshore venues that don't.
How this site is funded
Through affiliate programs — but only those of venues licensed to offer perpetual futures to European retail traders through an EU-regulated entity. Offshore venues get the same editorial coverage with no referral links at all: that is a compliance line, published in our methodology, not a temporary state. When you sign up to a regulated venue via one of our links, the exchange shares a portion of its trading fees with us; referral relationships never change a rating.
What we will never do
- Carry referral links for venues not licensed to serve European retail traders.
- Help readers evade geo-restrictions imposed by a platform or their jurisdiction.
- Publish "hands-on" claims about features we have not actually used.
- Present leveraged derivatives as suitable for beginners or as a way to get rich.
- Quote fees or rates without checking them against official documentation first.
- Promote deposit bonuses or trading incentives to European retail readers.
Who writes this
Every review, comparison, and guide is written by Stephan Kulik, the site's editor — also the editor of PerpDEX Guide, the sibling site covering decentralized perp venues. The methodology explains how each fact is verified.
